⚠️ Fraud or phishing
Lead is clearly fraudulent or originates from a competitor.
✗ Not eligible for returns
🚫 Client booked another provider
A normal sales outcome — competition is expected.
🤷 Client changed their mind
The client decided not to book anyone.
📵 No response from client
Client doesn't reply to calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
Verification process
All return requests are reviewed by our team, which may include calling and emailing the lead directly to confirm eligibility. If a lead meets the criteria, a replacement lead or credit will be issued. We reserve the right to make the final determination on all requests.
